Responsibilities
Own the marketing website: Design, test, and iterate to drive measurable growth and conversion. Establish design experimentation workflows with engineering
Shape product narratives: Partner with GTM, product, and research to define positioning and translate complex technical concepts into clear, emotionally resonant visual systems
Build for high-stakes moments: Create templates for presentation materials, pitch decks, and sales enablement collateral for executive storytelling and customer conversations. This role will also design event collateral, signage, and other physical brand touchpoints
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, product, and senior stakeholders to deliver cohesive brand experiences and articulate design decisions clearly
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or growth design, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or high-growth tech environments
Portfolio of work demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills across marketing websites, campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, and physical marketing assets
Deep fluency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping; you are comfortable with modern design systems
High ownership and initiative, you are comfortable with defining your own scope
Experience supporting marketing, launches, and sales enablement
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback tied to business outcomes
Preferred
Familiarity with voice AI, conversational AI, or developer-focused products
Experience with film production, motion graphics, or concepting/storyboarding for product launches
