Responsibilities
Leads a small to moderate sized area or market of branches responsible for contributing to new revenue generation through identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions solutions
Oversees overall branch performance and business results within their respective area
Coaches and manages Branch Managers on increasing employee participation in daily activities and incorporating the Regions 360 process daily in the retail bank
Provides guidance and coaching on sales performance and skills development of the branch sales teams in their area
Develops and implements short and long range operational and sales goals and ensures goals are met or exceeded
Evaluates branch effectiveness and ensures branches maintain high levels of service quality, associate engagement, and are compliant with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and internal audit requirements
Promotes and executes retail growth strategy while at the same time optimizing efficiency to meet budget expectations and other key performance indicators
Establishes a solid presence and positive profile in the community that reinforces the bank’s strong brand image
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Eight (8) years of financial services, sales, or sales management experience
Preferred
College degree
Experience in leading and managing sales teams within a financial services industry
Banking and/or lending experience
Relationship-based client consultation experience
