Cetera Financial Group is a community within Cetera Holdings seeking a Financial Support Associate II to provide advanced administrative and operational support to Financial Planning Consultants. This role involves handling client service responsibilities, supporting process improvement initiatives, and assisting in training Level I associates.

Responsibilities

Independently prepare and review new account paperwork
Create and organize client review materials and correspondence
Serve as a liaison with internal departments, custodians, CPAs, and clients
Manage client communication regarding account activity and deadlines
Process client requests including contributions, distributions, and transfers
Maintain accurate information and documentation within the CRM
Assist in training Level I associates
Recommend workflow and process improvements
Handle moderately complex client inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

SalesforceFinancial services experienceMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointFPQP designationCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2–5 years of financial services or administrative experience preferred
Salesforce experience strongly preferred
FPQP designation is a plus
