Responsibilities
Overseeing workforce management products which currently include UKG Pro Workforce Management, QGenda, EZCall, and Kahuna
Managing the university’s technology infrastructure and services
Handling system maintenance, support, and cybersecurity to ensure technology resources are reliable and secure
Managing and supporting the institution's integrated software systems (Enterprise Resource Planning, or 'ERP') that handle core business functions such as finance, human resources, student information, and procurement
System implementation and configuration
System maintenance and upgrades
User support and training
Data integration and reporting
Collaborating with functional ERP teams and other internal and external system users
Representing people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility
Achieving goals through direct and/or indirect reports
Managing/supervising professional level employees within a Job Area
Focusing on tactical and operational plans and strategy with short to mid-term focus
Developing solutions to moderately complex problems
Escalating more complex issues to higher level management
Ensuring that staff is utilized efficiently and daily work projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant professional experience, to include 2+ years formal managerial experience required
