Program/Project Management Intern (Undergraduate - Summer)

The intern will maintain project plans, document meetings, track progress on initiatives, and support leadership with presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

Assist with project coordination by maintaining project plans, documenting meetings, and tracking progress on initiatives such as training updates, call audits, and vendor onboarding
Support leadership by preparing presentations, reports, and gathering cross-team updates
Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
Highly organized, understands what questions to ask and builds very good project plans
