Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment at customer locations
Diagnose and repair a wide range of systems including electric forklift systems, LPG and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, carburetors, electrical and air systems, final drives, clutches, and more
Accurately troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate clearly with customers
Ensure high-quality service is delivered on every visit
Work with the Parts Department to identify, order, and return parts as needed to complete each job efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
Basic computer knowledge
Self-motivation and
Ability to work under little or no supervision
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Driver's license with a good driving record
Must provide own tools
