Responsibilities
Provide leadership and focus, managing multiple projects with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, risk/issue mitigation processes and major milestones
Work with business leaders to identify and scope areas of opportunity to create and implement process improvements
Support the sales process, specifically the key business development stakeholders on prospect presentations, data gathering and solution design
Contribute to the development of best practices for XPO implementation processes in compliance with quality standards
Apply project management expertise and individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure the quality products and project deliverables are of the highest quality, meet the agreed-upon timeline and the contractual scope
Drive customer onboarding and implementation for new business and navigate internal operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience
2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project)
Preferred
5 years of experience as Project/Program Manager
Available to travel up to 25% of the time
Experience in TMS trucking software and telematics
Proficient in data analytics and reporting and ability to use Power BI
