Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Knowledge and experience in Finance and related concepts
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Texas Insurance license or ability to obtain one (strongly preferred)
Additional certifications or education in insurance or finance are an advantage
