Kelly is seeking multiple Assistant Production Managers in the Global Medical Manufacturing Industry. This role supports day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production of medical device components, while also helping to develop future production leaders.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing production schedules and supporting assigned manufacturing areas
Supervise and coach Production Supervisors and front-line staff
Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and company policies
Foster a strong safety culture and EHS compliance
Drive operational discipline and structured problem-solving
Partner with cross-functional teams to support process improvement, equipment, quality, and materials alignment
Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Support new product introductions, line expansions, and documentation accuracy
Monitor KPIs and support corrective action
Assist with workforce planning, audits, and internal reviews

Qualification

FDA QSRISO 13485Lean principlesProduction supervisionManufacturing experienceCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Bachelor's in Manufacturing, or related field
5+ years in regulated medical device manufacturing
4+ years of production supervision/leadership
Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and Lean principles
Strong hands-on leadership and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with complex component manufacturing
