Responsibilities
Lead the technical execution of wind tunnel testing to evaluate sensor performance under various weather conditions
Standardize testing methodologies to ensure repeatability and accuracy across different environmental scenarios
Design and develop complex experimental setups and test matrices for aerodynamic and environmental testing
Operate and maintain wind tunnel instrumentation, including pressure transducers, anemometers, and water spray systems
Analyze sensor data and environmental impacts, providing insights to improve autonomous vehicle safety and performance
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in aerodynamic testing, experimental fluid mechanics, or automotive environmental testing
Strong foundation in Fluid Mechanics, boundary layer flows, and multiphase flow principles
Proven ability to develop and document standardized test procedures and experimental setups
Hands-on experience with wind tunnel instrumentation and water nozzle spray systems
Preferred
A Master's degree focusing on experimental fluid dynamics may be considered
Additional skills in KD Sourcing and related areas are advantageous
