Responsibilities

The PPL Electric Utilities intern/cooperative will actively work to improve the state of the Transmission and Distribution grid and meet the ever-growing need for electricity

Qualification

Engineering degreeHigherInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsLeadership abilities

Required

Enrolled in a curriculum leading to a baccalaureate or master's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university program
Have an acceptable, cumulative, GPA, not lower than a 2.5
Be a rising junior, senior, or graduate student
Ability to travel within the service territory required
Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
Will graduate from their academic program within 12 months of internship completion
Eligible to work in the United States in accordance with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations
Able to provide an official student transcript and other required information
Able to work hybrid, in a team environment
Able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
