Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for enterprise-scale service operations
Build and customize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration elements
Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing, ensuring efficient handling of multiple service channels
Integrate Salesforce with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Support initiatives focused on Agent Desktop, Service Assist AI, routing logic, and productivity tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated, high-compliance environment
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and solution architecture discussions
Ensure scalability, security, and best practices in Salesforce development
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Flows, and core Salesforce configuration
Experience configuring Omni-Channel and supporting multi-channel service workflows
Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs
Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments
