Responsibilities
Ensure inventory integrity and systems integrity and execution, while maximizing productivity throughout the distribution center
Ensure product flows in a timely manner and that problems are identified and resolved early in the process
Support the facility operating budget and KPIs by monitoring daily operating goals and focusing on achieving and exceeding those daily goals
Formulate and execute tactical day-to-day operating plans to forecast and plan product flow, adjusting staff on volume and service levels
Provide leadership, training, development and mentorship for leads and future leads
Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
Qualification
Required
Effective time management skills and positive team player required
Preferred
2+ years of previous Distribution Center experience preferred
2+ years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility
Bachelor's degree preferred
