Paid Search Channel Specialist
Chacka Marketing is seeking a Channel Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns primarily within paid search channels. The role involves executing campaigns, collaborating with media managers, and providing insights to improve client success.

Responsibilities
Build and launch campaigns within your primary channel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices
Conduct regular optimizations (bids, budgets, creative, audiences) to drive performance improvements
Monitor pacing, delivery, and KPI alignment on a daily/weekly basis
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and policy changes across your primary channel
Maintain relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy)
Share new features, beta opportunities, and platform insights with internal teams
Serve as secondary support on another media channel to ensure integrated team coverage and reduce silos
Collaborate with other specialists to cross-train and share learnings across platforms
Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights to reports and internal discussions
Provide tactical recommendations to Media Managers and Account Leads for client strategy
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in at least one of the following: Search, Social, Programmatic, or emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reddit)
Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, performance metrics, and optimization levers
Ability to navigate and troubleshoot within ad platforms and reporting tools
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
Eagerness to learn and support cross-channel collaboration
