Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and execute projects in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders
Continuously improve project management processes to ensure clear accountability and schedule attainment
Support budgeting activity, accurate spend forecast and timely input to finance team concerning open projects
Responsible for Capital Approval Request (CAR) creation and approval follow-up
Facilitate on-time and on-budget project completion in line with enterprise priorities and KPI’s
Responsible for scheduling, management, and communication with contractors and outside vendors associated with assigned projects
Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain, and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Familiarity with multiple programming languages
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated change management skills
