Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program
Business rebrands, from bigger to smaller brand architecture
Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done
Working off expected tasks – project management heavy
Help scale the full-time team who are focusing on other tasks
Maybe creating trackers
Making sure teammates are meeting deadlines and moving through tasks within correct time frame
Manage stakeholders
Working with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management
Software: MS Office, experience with Asana or other PM software
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Stakeholder management
Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred; HSD/GED minimum
PLM tool experience would be a plus
Tracker creation would be a plus as well
