Business Development Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities
Build your own pipeline by identifying and researching high-value enterprise (1,000+) and mid-market (200-1,000) accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and intent data to uncover buying signals
Develop creative, personalized outreach sequences to navigate complex organizations and connect with C-level executives (CISOs, VPs of IT, Heads of Compliance, Security Directors)
Conduct deep account research to understand business challenges, tech stack, and pain points, then tailor messaging to break through the noise
Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes, conduct BANT discovery conversations, and transition qualified opportunities into booked meetings with Account Executives
Partner with AEs on target account strategy, provide Marketing feedback on campaign performance, and share competitive intelligence and objection trends with Product and Marketing teams
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise B2B with proven track record of quota attainment and outbound sourcing success (cold-calling, cold-emailing into net-new accounts)
Exceptional communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport across phone, email, and video, plus proficiency in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo)
High-energy self-starter who thrives on competition, consistently tops leaderboards, and views rejection as motivation—you're resilient, coachable, and genuinely love the craft of prospecting
Intellectually curious and detail-oriented, understanding that CRM hygiene and disciplined follow-ups drive results while staying eager to learn about cybersecurity, technology trends, and business operations
