Oversee and manage key aspects of operational functions, including coordinating departmental workflows, managing organizational budgets and resources, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and identifying opportunities for growth
Lead strategic planning initiatives, optimize operational performance to align with organizational goals, and spearhead key projects to improve efficiency and service delivery

Required

Robust experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
Proven skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management
Strong focus on delivering excellent Customer Service and fostering a culture of operational excellence
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong professional relationships

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is highly desirable
Advanced degrees (MBA/MHA) are preferred
