Responsibilities

Performing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and overall upkeep of the property

Inspecting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, plumbing issues, and appliances

Preparing apartments for new residents

Responding to residents' service requests promptly

Maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards

Required

Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing maintenance, and electrical repairs including troubleshooting and resolving related issues

Ability to diagnose and address mechanical or technical issues in a timely manner

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and strong customer service ability to assist and interact professionally with residents

Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation

High school diploma or equivalent is required; HVAC or technical certification is a plus

Proficiency in operating basic tools, equipment, and software used in property maintenance

Preferred

Previous maintenance or facilities management experience is preferred
