Responsibilities
Assist with safety documentation, recordkeeping, and data organization
Help generate safety awareness materials such as posters, toolbox talks, and communications
Support PPE tracking, inventory management, and distribution
Participate in equipment and job site inspections to help identify potential safety risks
Assist with incident response activities and support incident investigations
Support safety training efforts, including preparation of materials and coordination of sessions
Perform additional safety-related tasks and projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in office and field environments
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams
