Responsibilities
Designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service operations
Creating workflows, managing and analyzing campaigns, monitoring customer lifecycle processes
Performing system integrations and training team members on HubSpot best practices
Evaluating analytics to refine and improve overall platform performance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in HubSpot platform, including CRM setup, automation workflows, and reporting tools
Experience with digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation strategies
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
Technical skills including system integrations, API knowledge, and SaaS tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote workplace and deliver quality projects on tight timelines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
HubSpot certifications are highly valued
