Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives, including partner events, roadshows, meetups, and activations
Coordinate with partners, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and deliverables
Support brand visibility initiatives tied to events and partnerships (e.g. announcements, press moments, thought leadership opportunities)
Coordinate light PR activities in collaboration with internal teams or agencies
Ensure consistent brand presence across all field and partner programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related execution across marketing, partnerships, ops, and design
Coordinate asset needs (signage, decks, swag, content capture) and route creative requests appropriately
Partner with marketing ops and interns to support lead capture, tracking, and follow-up
Oversee post-event follow-ups, reporting, and internal recaps
Ensure leads, contacts, and insights are properly handed off and documented
Help turn events into reusable content and learning for future programs

Required

4–7 years of experience in field marketing, events, partnerships, brand programs, or integrated marketing
Proven experience owning programs end-to-end, not just supporting them
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams and time zones
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
Authorized to work in the United States
No visa sponsorship required

Preferred

Experience working with partners or ecosystems
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or ecommerce
Experience coordinating with agencies or external vendors
Familiarity with Marketing Automation System (Hubspot or Marketo)
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
