Practice Sales Lead – Data & Analytics

The Practice Sales Lead – Data & Analytics is responsible for driving revenue and expanding strategic accounts in the Data & Analytics practice, focusing on consultative sales engagement and client relationship development.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the Data & Analytics practice, from pipeline creation through deal closure
Achieve and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets for D&A offerings
Identify and pursue new opportunities as well as cross-sell and upsell within existing Manufacturing accounts
Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline aligned with practice growth objectives
Lead consultative sales engagements with C-level and senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, CFO, Heads of Analytics)
Translate client business challenges into value propositions
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on data-driven transformation
Develop and execute account-level D&A growth strategies in partnership with client partners and industry leads
Lead deals strategy, proposal development, and executive presentations
Negotiate commercial terms and manage complex sales cycles
Stay current on data, analytics, and AI trends, platforms, and competitive offerings
Collaborate with marketing and alliances teams to support go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership
Represent the Data & Analytics practice in client forums, executive briefings, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in building strong GTM, Roadmaps and a deep understanding of Data and Analytics capabilities
Proven ability to close complex, multi-year deals
End-to-end sales responsibility for the Data & Analytics practice, from pipeline creation through deal closure
