Responsibilities

Learn and understand the Jamf Pro platform and MDM onboarding processes

Help the team onboard worldwide users and devices to our MDM solutions

Analyze and resolve production issues under guidance from senior engineers

Document various communications to be sent to business units or end users

Document scenarios and procedures for support teams

Develop and update various technical documents

Test new features before they are released to end users

Assist with scripting and automation projects

Research and suggest improvements to current processes

Qualification

Required

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Strong knowledge of platforms (macOS and iOS in particular)

Exposure to supporting and analyzing software issues

Basic Familiarity with MDM and Systems Configuration

Preferred

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., bash, zsh)

Basic knowledge of linux/unix systems

Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and concepts

Experience using Jamf Pro or other MDM platforms

Experience using Chorus, Quip, and Numbers or Excel
