Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide detailed information about products and services to business clients
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Process orders accurately and promptly
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, issues, and resolutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience documenting customer interactions and processing orders with ERP/CRM software
Comfortable assisting clients via phone (30 - 40 calls a day)
Ability to handle complex issues and provide practical solutions
Strong multitasker
Preferred
1+ year of experience with customer service and order entry in the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industry
ERP experience
Oracle experience
