This role involves identifying and developing customer opportunities while working cross-functionally to translate requirements into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities
Oversees new account development within an established geographic territory/product line
Advises on connecting, contacting, and engaging new potential clients and prospects
Leads a strong and consistent pipeline of new business
Oversees customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
Innovates and create sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services and customers
Oversees implementing efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc
Travel international and domestic about 50%
Represent the company at key market events
Qualification
Required
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Preferred
Deep knowledge of power electronics and data center infrastructure to translate customer needs—such as efficiency, redundancy, grid interaction, and scalability—into practical, compliant solutions
Able to use technical influence to play a key part in enabling customer adoption and supporting growth within the data center market
