Administrative Coordinator
E. Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Management Team, including the Managing Director/EVP and Department Managers. This role serves as a trusted administrative partner, managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly so leadership can stay focused on strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and correspondence
Draft, proof, and edit professional communications, reports, and presentations
Schedule, organize, and support internal meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
Coordinate internal events and assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
Support business development efforts, including maintaining databases and assisting with project setup
Conduct research and prepare briefings to support leadership decision-making
Serve as a liaison across departments while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Google Workspace
Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for collaboration
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
