Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Qualification
Required
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building abilities
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a personal schedule effectively
Comfort in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with adaptability to changing needs
Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry or sales is an advantage
A further qualification in business or a related field is a plus
