Program Supervisor / Residential Crisis Home
Easterseals PORT Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities, particularly those living with mental health challenges and disabilities. They are seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the administration and management of center-based services in their Crisis Therapeutic Home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with state licensing.

Responsibilities
Oversees the administration and management of center-based services in the Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH), ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs
Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff, coordination of admissions and transitions, and implementation of day programming
Ensures compliance with state licensing, monitors service documentation, and manages claims and revenue collection
Collaborates with clinical teams, families, and community partners
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, including programming for those with significant behavioral needs
2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health or I/DD setting - residential setting preferred
A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
