Responsibilities
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and build applications
Develop full‑stack features with React, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, or NodeJS
Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, code reviews, and full SDLC practices
Support DevOps activities in collaboration with platform and systems teams
Communicate frequently with stakeholders during early and ambiguous stages of the project
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise with React, including functional components, Hooks, and Redux
Back‑end experience with Java + Spring Boot or Node.js
Experience with Postgres or another relational database
Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Ability to work hybrid (Milwaukee, WI)
