Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and prepare presentation materials
Produce comprehensive construction documents
Coordinate seamlessly with engineering consultants
Participate in client meetings and contribute to project proposals
Utilize Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Twinmotion, and Bluebeam for design and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
Solid understanding of building codes and construction practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to excel independently and within a collaborative team environment
Preferred
5+ years of architectural firm experience is preferred
Experience in commercial, multi-family, and hospitality project types is a plus
Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus
