Responsibilities
Regularly conduct field inspections/audits of public water systems throughout West Virginia for TMF capacity
Prepare reports and develop recommendations related to TMF capacity of public water systems
Coordinate, prepare and communicate TMF capacity information with other state and federal agencies
Assist in development, assessment, improvement and delivery of public water system assistance programs
Prepare and conduct training sessions or other presentations related to TMF capacity of public water systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience in the acquisition, preservation, protection and enhancement of environmental resources, or in environmental protection, or in an agency specific area related to environmental impact
Additional full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience as described below may substitute for the required training at the rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of training
Graduate coursework from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience at the rate of fifteen (15) semester hours of training for every one (1) year of experience
