Responsibilities

You will review the plans of subordinate supervisors for the layout of particularly difficult or important jobs
You will assure the availability of special equipment, tooling, materials, and assist manpower or services critical to the timely completion of important assignments
You will direct, coordinate, and supervise the operations of work groups consisting of both civilian and military personnel
You will provide decisions on priorities and scheduling details
You will provide instruction and training to subordinate supervisors in directing work of a new or unusual nature
You will eliminate potential bottlenecks to minimize effect of work stoppage or delays to ensure job completion remains on schedule
You will be responsible for decisions and recommendations on a wide range of personnel management matters concerning subordinates to include setting of performance standards and rating or reviewing performance

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program

You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift
Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present
You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements
This position requires you to accept a temporary promotion/reassignment not to exceed one year
This position requires you to work within the commuting distance of Oahu, Hawaii
