The Merchandise Sales Ambassadors will provide excellent customer service, promote and sell merchandise, and maintain an organized work area while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Be a leader in this department
Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Operating a cash register and handling card transactions accurately
Restocking merchandise as needed
Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
