Manage office operations: supplies, uniforms, mail, equipment, and inventory
Support payroll review, A/R tracking, POs, and month-end processes
Partner directly with the General Manager on daily administrative needs
Assist with dispatch coverage, schedule fill-ins, and customer outreach as needed
Coordinate meetings, events, and employee activities
Qualification
Required
High School or better
Experience in a fast-paced home services or field-based environment preferred
Computer proficiency to include Word, Excel and other industry software
Committed and progressive work history
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
