They are looking for a Logistics Admin to provide administrative support in the shipment of their manufacturing products, ensuring all logistics documentation is accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, delivery paperwork, and related forms
Communicate shipment information and details such as delivery dates and tracking information to internal teams
Maintain accurate and organized logs of all shipments, deliveries, freight charges, and vendor confirmations, and transportation activities
File, archive, and manage logistics records to support audits, billing processes, compliance, and project closeout requirements
Identify and escalate logistics risks or conflicts to leadership team to avoid delays or cost impacts
Track remove for shipment, ship loose, and field-installed items to ensure accurate material control and delivery planning
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of experience in a logistics related role providing administrative support
Ability to read and interpret: Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing lists, Purchase orders, Shipping and receiving documentation
Familiarity with freight methods (LTL, FTL, courier, expedited, jobsite delivery)
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software including ERP systems
