Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems
Support timecard management, including auditing, corrections, and employee inquiries
Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (new hire paperwork, system access, orientation coordination, exit documentation)
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and leadership
Assist with benefits administration support, including enrollments and employee questions
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws
Partner with payroll and leadership to ensure accurate and timely data submission
Support special HR projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
Experience with timecard management and employee recordkeeping
Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Willingness and ability to split time between the Lebanon and Sharonville offices
Preferred
Experience working in a multi-site or manufacturing environment
HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
