Responsibilities
Author high-quality technical content for platforms like Dev.to, Reddit, daily.dev, and other public developer channels
Proactively engage in forums, comment threads, and social discussions - especially LinkedIn, Hacker News, and Reddit
Represent Xano at developer conferences and meetups as both a speaker and an attendee
Staff booths and network at sponsored events; actively mingle and build connections at events we don’t sponsor
Deliver talks and presentations that teach, inspire, and spark discussion around building with Xano
Build strong relationships with influential developers, content creators, and community leaders
Actively listen to the developer community and bring insights back to Product and Marketing teams
Create and maintain deeply technical content, including architecture breakdowns, advanced tutorials, integration examples, and best practices
Develop public templates, examples, and reference implementations that push the limits of Xano’s capabilities
Turn product updates into compelling technical stories through blog posts, demos, live streams, AMAs, or launch events
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure technical messaging is accurate, useful, and developer-first
You’ll be evaluated on both volume and impact across content, events, and community engagement
Volume: Technical articles, videos, demos, and tutorials published
Impact: Engagement (likes, shares, comments), reach, traffic, and downstream signups
Volume: Accepted talks, conference appearances, meetups, AMAs, live demos
Impact: Audience size, ratings, follow-on conversations, event-driven awareness and signups
Volume: Events attended (speaking or networking)
Impact: Quality of conversations, partner relationships formed, leads or opportunities influenced
Volume: Consistent participation across relevant platforms
Impact: Follower growth, visibility, recognition, sentiment, and trust within the community
Qualification
Required
Deep technical knowledge: Strong grasp of APIs, backend architecture, integration patterns, and debugging
Builder mindset: You've built real projects and understand what developers care about; you speak their language
Strong communicator: Clear, confident, and authentic in writing, speaking, and online discussions
Community fluent: You know where developers hang out, how they talk, and how to show up helpfully without sounding like marketing
Ecosystem-aware: You understand how tools and platforms connect—and how Xano fits into broader solutions
Relationship builder: Curious, approachable, and effective at building rapport quickly
Bias for action: You move fast, create consistently, and follow through
