Responsibilities
Serve as the section chief for business intelligence, analytics and reporting
Manage team members in the CEDC organization to strategically integrate, analyze, and process departmental information
Manage tools and techniques to transform raw data into useful information for the businesses served, ensuring that reported data is accurate and reliable
Participate in identifying and implementing clear policies for maintenance, access, and release of department information in accordance with set laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
One year as an Information Technology Generalist Administrator 1, Senior Applications Developer, Database Administrator 1, Data Administrator 1, Information Security Specialist 2, or Network Administrator 1 (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Four years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
Six years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services; or
Two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time professional experience developing reports with Microsoft Power BI either using the on premise and/or cloud version
This particular position also requires one or more years of full-time professional experience developing applications and/or reports with Oracle databases as a data source
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
