Responsibilities
Participate actively in Agile team ceremonies, contributing to all phases of the systems development lifecycle
Prepare BRDs and act as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct analysis meetings to gather and document business requirements
Map business requirements to application functionality and guide the technical team in design specifications
Work with various testing teams to plan and support application testing
Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems
Prepare status reports and presentations for major enterprise initiatives in Journal Ledger Finance applications
Qualification
Required
10 to 12 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and preparing Business Requirements for Financial applications, specifically in General Ledger and Accounts Payable business processes
Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA for project management and presentations
Strong presentation skills with the ability to prepare complex business process workflows and present to senior tech executives
Experience in preparing status reports for senior management, covering roadmaps and risk mitigation planning
Experience in Agile environments and methodologies
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Financial R12 and Oracle Financial Cloud web services integration
Ability to identify functionality gaps, document POCs, and develop solutions or workarounds
Experience in facilitating gap identification and design solutions with product owners
