Office Administrator
Colleague is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to strengthen their internal operations. This role involves coordinating administrative functions, maintaining efficient workflows, and assisting leadership with essential tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinate office functions and ensure consistent execution of daily tasks
Serve as the primary contact point for employees, clients, and external service providers
Support executive staff with calendars, scheduling, reports, and travel coordination
Maintain accurate records, including financial documents, vendor files, and operational reports
Manage purchasing activities, monitor office supplies, and assist in vendor selection and negotiation
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, document updates, and workforce communications
Gather data for performance reports and support the preparation of corporate presentations
Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and enhance administrative efficiency
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in administrative, clerical, or office coordination roles
Full fluency in English and Spanish
Strong bilingual written and spoken communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of basic accounting procedures and document organization
Strong attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and time-management skills
Proactive and dependable, able to work independently and within teams
Preferred
Background in construction, logistics, or service industries is advantageous
Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Office Support, or a related discipline preferred
Certifications in HR, accounting, or office administration are an advantage
