Responsibilities
Own the full data flow from HubSpot (CRM) and Boostr (OMS) into ERP system; ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper mapping for contract terms, pricing, products, and change orders
Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve upstream data quality, implement workflows, and enforce required fields and approval steps
Act as the primary liaison between Sales, RevOps, Operations, and Accounting for all revenue related system issues and process improvements
Oversee contract review and billing setup
Ensure billing schedules reflect actual delivery, campaign timelines, and contract terms
Review and approve invoices prepared by the billing team; validate accuracy before issuance
Own monthly revenue recognition across all products
Analyze contracts for performance obligations; determine proper timing and pattern of recognition
Prepare and review revenue schedules and support for audit
Develop and maintain accounting policies for revenue
Oversee monthly revenue close: reconciliations, variance analysis, deferred revenue schedules, and revenue rollforwards
Support the Corporate Controller in consolidated financial and audit requests
Build scalable, repeatable, automated revenue workflows in CRM, OMS, and ERP system
Work closely with IT and RevOps on integration enhancements, testing, and new system implementations
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across the revenue cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
3-5 of Accounting Management experience preferred
Auditing, tax, revenue streams and revenue recognition experience
Strong understanding of ERP and CRM (HubSpot) systems
ASC 606 experience
