Center Director

Education Management
Responsibilities
Support daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards
Assisting with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage
Contributes to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts
Building trust with families including responding to questions and concerns and serving as a consistent and professional point of contact
Provide coaching and feedback through observations and ongoing training
Support professional growth and help foster a collaborative, accountable team culture
May step in to support classroom or operational coverage to ensure continuity of care
Qualification
Required
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
Prior experience leading teams in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is required
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and confident communicating with staff, families, and leadership
The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds is required
Candidates must be comfortable working around young children and supporting classroom environments as needed
