Sr Executive Assistant

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating executive travel, and managing Board of Directors communications while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and meeting preparation
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper-screening, prioritizing, and resolving incoming requests to protect executive focus and time
Anticipate shifting priorities driven by strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and external engagements, and adjust schedules accordingly
Ensure executives are fully prepared with briefings, pre-reads, and meeting objectives
Act as the primary coordinator for corporate aviation scheduling requests, partnering closely with the CEO and internal aviation team
Coordinate complex executive and Board travel, including multi-leg itineraries and last-minute changes
Respond decisively to travel disruptions, resolving issues with minimal executive involvement while maintaining policy compliance
Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the Board of Directors
Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, meals, and off-site events
Support preparation and distribution of Board materials and maintain professional, discreet communication with Board members
Coordinate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, Management Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive off-sites
Ensure seamless execution of meeting logistics, technology, materials, and follow-up
Track key action items and decisions to support accountability and execution
Identify opportunities to streamline executive support through automation, standardization, and effective use of Office 365 tools
Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to align practices and provide backup support
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Required

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; C-suite and Board exposure strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential, time-sensitive information with sound judgment
Advanced expertise in executive calendar management and complex scheduling
Strong understanding of executive governance and enterprise meeting cadence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Confidence, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority
