Responsibilities
Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and related SAP environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization
Monitor and maintain system health, manage transports, and ensure security, compliance, and system availability
Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues in collaboration with functional, development, and infrastructure teams
Support system refreshes, cutover planning, and execution for projects and release cycles
Maintain documentation, follow operational standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP landscape stability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SAP Basis experience, including hands‐on administration of SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, transport management, performance tuning, and system monitoring tools
Experience with SAP MDG and supporting multi‐system SAP landscapes
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills across cross‐functional teams
