Responsibilities
Design graphics, infographics, and illustrations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Create visually consistent templates for campaigns, reports, and awareness drives
Collaborate with communications and content teams to develop creative concepts for advocacy campaigns
Ensure all designs align with the organisation’s brand identity and messaging on women’s empowerment
Edit and repurpose existing content into visually appealing formats (reels, carousels, posters)
Stay updated with social media trends, design innovations, and cultural moments relevant to gender equality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in social media/digital marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Passion for social impact, feminism, and women's rights advocacy is highly desirable
Preferred
Experience working with Social Enterprises/NGOs/nonprofits
Motion graphics/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva animation)
Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility in visuals
