Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of hitting or exceeding growth and revenue targets
Strong capabilities in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships
Experience in Sales Operations and implementing streamlined processes to increase efficiency
Demonstrated success in Business Development, identifying new markets, and expanding opportunities for company growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse sales team
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
In-depth knowledge of the virtual care and wellbeing industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
