Required

Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Prepare bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate with suppliers (cost, terms, and work scope), and award contracts
Post-award contract administration and maintenance, including but not limited to invoice processing, supplier quality and delivery performance management, coordination with internal functional organizations, and overall supplier work scope organization and management

Preferred

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay
