Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, with a strong focus on hospice and healthcare positions
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive healthcare market
Manage and improve recruiting processes, metrics, and ATS workflows
Ensure compliance with Arizona employment laws and healthcare credentialing requirements
Support employer branding, referrals, and community recruiting efforts

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or manager-level responsibility
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing

Familiarity with healthcare compliance, background checks, and license verification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred (hospice, home health, or post-acute care a plus)
