In this role, you will help design and evaluate high-quality legal prompts and responses to improve AI systems’ reasoning, summarization, and analytical capabilities across legal domains.

Responsibilities
Draft and review prompts involving legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and procedural workflows
Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses to ensure legal accuracy, clarity, and alignment with professional standards
Develop prompt variants tailored to different instruction styles and user personas (e.g., attorney vs. layperson)
Identify examples that expose weaknesses or edge cases in model reasoning
Collaborate asynchronously with the research coordination team to maintain quality standards
Qualification
Required
J.D. or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution
2+ years of experience practicing law or working in legal academia/research
Expertise in one or more areas such as: Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law
Exceptional analytical writing skills and strong understanding of legal argument structure
Preferred
Experience in legal education, curriculum development, or legal content creation is a plus
